How can we work together?
Are you considering buying, renting or letting a Tiny House? Then you have come to the right place, in the Tinyhouse-World! On our site, you may find informations for the sale and rental of our Tinyhouses. Another business model, potentially quite attractive for you, could be to rent out your own Tiny House.
What would that look like?
1) You already own a Tinyhouse, located somewhere in Europe, and you would like to place it on a reliable Platform, that would let it rent for you? On our Platform we can already offer you many interested potential tenants.
What do we need from you?
Only an Email including 5-10 elucidating photos of your Tiny House. You will hear from us within 1-2 workdays, to arrange a convenient date for a conversation. As soon as all questions have been cleared, your Tiny House will be placed on our platform, ready to be rented.
What do you get from us? You will receive your own access to our rental software, where the whole rental process is pictured, in a very easy-to-follow way. The rental software contains all the automatic tools (offer, invoice, order confirmation, and much more). You interact directly with your tenants and can use all of our ready-made rental forms.This makes renting and managing your Tiny House very easy.
Your costs:
We charge a 5% commission for the complete service. We are happy to give you all the information about the whole process in detail, in a personal conversation. The Tiny House-World is the only site that deals exclusively with Tiny Houses, and that is why there is a common interest in this product from the very beginning.
2.) You want to buy a Tiny House and rent it out, but have no legal place or idea where to park it? Our offer for you: Buy your individually built Tiny House and finance it by renting. We would be happy to provide you with our first prototype-space in Portugal, to park and rent your Tiny House there. In this case we also take care of the operation, that is, the rental and house management on site. You can block the time that you would like to spend in your Tiny house yourself in the rental calendar, and of course, use the house yourself at any time.
